Welcome to Attollo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Attollo platform and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. Overview of Services
Attollo provides businesses with a marketing and operations platform that includes but not limited to CRM tools, marketing automation, landing page builders, workflow automation, calendar scheduling, document management, reporting dashboards, and custom integration features. The Platform is designed to serve business of varying sizes and across several industries.
2. Service Availability
Uptime: We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime per calendar month.
Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance may occasionally interrupt service. We strive to give at least 24 hours' notice for planned downtime via email or in-app notification.
Hosting: Our services rely on third-party hosting infrastructure. As such, uptime is also subject to their performance, and we cannot guarantee availability beyond their provisions.
3. Support Services
Support Hours
Standard support is available Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
Support Requests
Support is available for technical issues related to the functioning of the Platform only. Issues due to user error, configuration misunderstandings, or training requirements fall outside the scope of free support.
If you require assistance with strategy, automation, campaign design, or onboarding, you may purchase a support or consulting package.
Response Times (Targets Only)
High Priority (Critical outage): Within 2 business hours
Medium Priority (Major bug or feature failure): Within 3 business hours
Low Priority (Minor bug or UI issue): Within 5 business day

Monthly Fee $95/month

These services are billed separately and are not included in your monthly platform subscription unless explicitly stated.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you agree to:
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
Promptly report technical issues through our approved support ticketing method.
Understand that general training, marketing advice, or configuration help requires a separate support agreement.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attollo is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
Loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill;
Downtime, performance issues, or data loss caused by third-party providers or your own systems.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, or failures of internet service providers or third-party platforms.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of service. This includes account details, proprietary processes, business data, and client communications.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for misuse, failure to pay, breach of these Terms, or unlawful behaviour.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will end, and all unpaid fees up to the date of termination will remain due.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Acknowledgment
By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
